Intersect by Lexus, the hidden gem nestled away in the iconic DIFC Gate Village, launches a dynamic multi-sensory evening to escape those Monday blues. Inspiring a new voice to Dubai’s cultural scene, Intersect by Lexus blends the world of art, music and gastronomic innovation into one dynamic evening, the perfect weekly getaway, Fuse by Intersect.
Launching February 10th 2020, the popular DIFC restaurant will transform into a cutting-edge after-work destination with an all-encompassing offer for guests to experience. Setting the scene for the evening, expect funky grooves by the coolest local DJ’s, art workshops and gourmet mixology workshops á-la-minute, with the international team of Intersect. On the 10th of February, the multidisciplinary artist May Ali will fuse concepts of Arabian culture and the modern verve of western style, leading a special art and design workshop. Adding to the mix, Dubai-based Persian artist, Kaveh, will give a live string-art performance expressing the principles of sacred geometry through art. At the entrance of the venue, guests will enjoy a micro-market featuring up-and-coming local designer brands showcasing their collections, adding an exciting touch to the overall experience.
Inspired by ingenuity and fusion flavours, guests will be able to select from a specially crafted cocktail and bites menu created to indulge and share, as guests dance into the evening. On the lower level, guests will immerse themselves in an ephemeral gallery curated by the art collective The Cave, showcasing the multifaceted lifestyle of the city through a selection of culture-defining works by regional and international artists.
True to Intersect by Lexus’ philosophy as a third space where people, ideas and cultures meet, Fuse will showcase a sensory immersion that reflects the brand’s pillars, through bringing to life weekly cycling interactive workshops, gourmet F&B, art exhibitions, music and micro-shopping with regional designers.
